December 9, 2005We are very pleased to announce that our Americana Sampler Vol. 1 hit #3 on the Folk Airplay chart and has been holding steady at # 4 for the past two weeks, (beating out albums by Eliza Gilkyson, Bob Dylan, Dar Williams, Richard Thompson and more) and #30 on the overall Top 100 Roots chart after just 2 weeks on the chart. It is currently at # 40 on the Top 100 Roots Chart, coming in one slot under Neil Young's 'Prarie Wind' and beating out albums by Marty Stewart, North Mississippi Allstars, Eric Clapton, Del McCoury, Bob Dylan, Junior Brown, Calexico/Iron and Wine, and many others.) The album also hit #177 on the terrestrial and #177 on the internet AMA Americana charts. The album is steadily climbing. Ireland's 'Whisperin and Hollerin' awarded the album 9 out of 10 with some very nice things to say (read the review by clicking on the link below.) Congratulations to all the artists who participated in the compilation! Jefferson Pepper's 'Christmas in Fallujah' debuted at #530 on the AMA terrestrial Americana chart. It has been steadily climbing and is now at # 499. The album also hit # 23 on the Freeform American Roots Chart for the month of November (beating out albums by Jerry Douglas, George Jones, Patty Loveless and many more) and #13 on the Euro Americana Chart for the month of December (beating out albums by Grayson Capps, Kate Campbell, Blaze Foley and others). It is also currently at # 28 on the Roots Music Report Folk Chart (beating out albums by John Fogerty, Jackson Browne, Mark Knopfler and more).

October 4, 2005Jefferson Pepper's 'Christmas in Fallujah' and our 'Americana Sampler Volume 1' are currently receiving airplay at radio stations in Europe, The Dutch site www.altcountry.nl did a great review of both projects, rating them 3 1/2 "horses" and 3 "horses" (out of 5) respectively. Check it out at the link above...it's in Dutch. By the way, Bob Dylan's new album was rated 3 "horses" and the Knitters' newest 2 1/2. July 15, 2005 American Fallout announces the artists selected for it's upcoming compilation "Americana Sampler Volume 1". Artists include: Hawk, The Grassy Knoll Boys, Jefferson Pepper, Yikes McGee, Jenkins Hollow, Blue Diamond Shine, Jack Chernos, Case 150, Wayne Supergenius, THe Supersuckers, Andrew Vladeck, Stephen Simmons, Altercana, Trespassengers, The Deadbillys, Eddie Spaghetti and Slimfit.
